Nitrile coating – ideal against chemicals, oils and solvents

Coatings made of nitrile are ideal for protecting hands from solvents, oils, greases and chemicals. The very durable material is mechanically resilient, highly abrasion resistant and impervious to liquids. Work gloves with a nitrile coating are characterized by high resistance, while they prove to be very elastic in handling. Nitrile coatings are available in smooth and rough versions.

Nitrile foam coating – breathable with very good touch sensitivity

A comparably higher level of grip safety is then offered by coatings with nitrile foam, both in damp and slightly oily environments. Mobility together with very good touch sensitivity are characteristic features of this soft coating. The open-pored structure allows heat and moisture to be dissipated to the outside; and this with a very high abrasion resistance. Additional grip is ensured by variants with the sandy finish, in which extremely fine sand particles are additionally mixed with the nitrile foam.

Micro nitrile foam coating – optimized comfort and fit

Unlike nitrile, nitrile foam is breathable, which makes it more comfortable to wear for longer periods. Micro nitrile foam also brings this property, including the good grip safety. Since this material can be dipped particularly thin, the fit and wearing comfort are increased accordingly.
